We’ve been affectionately calling the pop-out streaming feature “Harry Potter documents”. The documents are reactive. It feels a bit magical.
The performance improvements make streaming a document of any size possible. You can use Nextdoc with or without streaming i.e. automated generation can have real time speed.
The capabilities this unlocks for you are clear, but what was fascinating was when we realised that streaming documents can provide an experience that we hadn’t planned. AI Oversight
AI is being added everywhere and it is disrupting the graphical user experience that we use. There’s lots of innovation (including Salesforce’s current headless positioning) but there’s no clear winner yet for the new AI driven user interface.
In customer focused systems we already have a useful interface. That is the documents that our customers see. Making them react to change in real time can provide a lot of the oversight that we need.
We didn’t intend to create this. It was more of a discovery than an invention.
It’s going to be fun to see the creative uses of this technology. We can’t wait to see how you use it.
