IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Nextdoc Pty Ltd (ABN 53 648 703 039) ("Nextdoc") for the Streamline MCP Server software, which includes the NPM package, associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
Free and Paid Tiers: The Software is available in both free and paid tiers. The free tier provides basic functionality without requiring a license key. Paid features require a valid subscription and license key.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Nextdoc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control. For free tier users, this license covers basic functionality. For paid tier subscribers with a valid subscription, this license extends to all premium features available in their subscription tier. The license is granted on a per-machine basis.

Free tier functionality is available immediately upon installation without any license key. Premium features require a valid license key for activation. For paid tier subscribers, the Software may periodically verify your subscription status with our license servers. The Software requires an active internet connection to function, as it must communicate with Salesforce APIs to execute code and retrieve logs.
All users (free and paid tiers) receive access to bug fixes and security patches. Paid tier subscriptions include access to feature updates and enhancements. Major version upgrades may require a separate license or subscription upgrade. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions with reasonable notice.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Nextdoc retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.
The Software may collect and transmit diagnostic information to help us improve the product. This includes:
Personal data and your Apex code are NOT collected. You may opt-out of telemetry by setting the environment variable: TELEMETRY_DISABLED=true

All support is provided without service level agreements, guaranteed response times, or warranties of resolution. Nextdoc reserves the right to modify support channels or introduce premium support tiers in future releases.
Australian Consumer Law Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SUBJECT TO SECTION 9, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXTDOC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s). For paid tier subscribers, non-payment or subscription cancellation will result in reversion to free tier functionality rather than complete termination, unless you violate other terms. Upon complete termination for violations, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
You may not use or export the Software in violation of Australian or U.S. export laws and regulations or any applicable local laws. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or sanctions, and are not on any prohibited party lists.
If you are a U.S. Government end user, the Software is provided as "Commercial Items" with "Restricted Rights" as defined in FAR 52.227-19 and DFAR 252.227-7013 et seq. or successor regulations.
This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
This EULA, together with the Product Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nextdoc relating to the Software. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
