Streamline Refunds

Our Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for Streamline subscriptions. Since Streamline operates on a monthly subscription model, you have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time.

This policy also applies to annual subscriptions. The 20% discount offered for annual billing represents a reduced rate in exchange for the upfront commitment, and therefore refunds are not available for annual subscriptions.

This policy follows industry standard practices for subscription-based software products.

Why No Refunds?

Streamline is billed monthly, giving you the flexibility to:

  • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • Resume your subscription when needed
  • Only pay for the months you actively use the service

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your Streamline subscription at any time:

  • Cancel: Stop future billing immediately. See Cancellation Guide.
  • Resume: Restart your subscription when ready
  • Modify: Change your add-ons or billing frequency

Free Tier

Remember that Streamline offers a free tier with core functionality. You can always downgrade to the free tier.

Startup Issues Exception

We stand behind the quality of Streamline. If Streamline fails to start successfully on your machine and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after working with you directly, we will provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

To qualify for this exception, you must:

  • Contact our support team at support@nextdoc.io within 7 days of purchase
  • Work with our team to troubleshoot the startup issue
  • Provide reasonable access to diagnostic information as requested

This exception demonstrates our confidence in Streamline's reliability and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
