These Streamline MCP Product Terms of Service ("Product Terms") are between Nextdoc Pty Ltd (ABN 53 648 703 039) ("Nextdoc", "we", "us", "our") and you ("Customer", "you", "your"), and govern your subscription to and use of the Streamline MCP service, including any cloud features, API access, and support services.
By subscribing to Streamline MCP through our payment processor (Paddle) or accessing the service features, you agree to be bound by these Product Terms. These Product Terms work in conjunction with the Streamline MCP Server EULA, which governs the locally installed software component.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are entering these Product Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Product Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Product Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service during your subscription term. This licence is for your internal business purposes only.
Subscription fees are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or other sales taxes) will be calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Australian Consumer Law Notice: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle's customer support system within 30 days of purchase. Trial periods, where offered, are subject to the specific terms displayed at signup.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SUBJECT TO SECTION 10, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE PRODUCT TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nextdoc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Product Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) your violation of applicable export control laws; or (e) any prompt injection attacks, adversarial inputs, or security exploits attempted through your account or resulting from your inputs to the Service.
